Pink Shirt Day is one of several recognition days throughout the school year that are opportunities for powerful moments of conversation, learning and action. The day, which takes place on Wednesday, February 28, began more than 15 years ago as a student-driven campaign to bring awareness to homophobic bullying.
We encourage everyone to wear pink on Wednesday to show support against all types of bullying including homophobic bullying.
