Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents

  • Kindergarten registration for the 2025-26 school year is for children born in 2020.
  • Students must register with their English catchment school. Even if you are submitting a District Language application or cross-district request you must first register at your student’s English catchment school.
  • The school locator will determine the school you need to register at.
  • Parents/legal guardians and children must be residing in Burnaby at the time of registration. Schools are unable to register students until the family is living in Burnaby. If you are currently out of the country, please wait until returning to Burnaby before registering.
